I've spent my life creating - Drawing, photographing, poetry writing, sewing, making art, singing and designing. With over 25 years of experience I've been constantly driven by exploring the art of self-expression and ideas expression. I'm fascinated by the way we connect with others and love to uncover paths for others to more connection with themselves.

 

My journey began at the age of seven with a single, transformative moment, a visit to the Royal Ballet’s performance of Coppélia in Oxford, Uk where I grew up.

With an air of utter wonder I felt the profound power of an immersive sensory environment. This awakening led to a career in theatre design across the UK and Europe, followed by an MA in Film Production Design and a global career in film.

 

As an Art Director, I helped shape the visual worlds of films such as Bridget Jones’s Diary and Layer Cake and also served as a BAFTA juror for Production Design. But my artistry wasn’t confined to the screen and in reccent years I pursued a lifelong dream of becoming a professional jazz singer, an experience that deepened my connection to my body, breath, and sensual wisdom.

 

This turned out to be a fundamentally important moment for me and my journey in creating this business.

For much of my life, chronic pain has created a disconnect from my emotional and sensual self. A separation which I long sort to bridge.

This journey led me fully into exploring feminine embodiment practices, a profound experience of reconnecting with my body’s intuitive wisdom, unlocking energy and experiencing deep personal shifts.

A sensory journey discovering simple tools that elevate and transform.

 

It is this gift... the rediscovery of physical and sensory reconnection, pleasure, presence, and personal empowerment, that I now wish to share with other women through creating spaces that directly come from who they are on a soulful level and the elevation of who they desire to be next.
